The infamous “pregnant man,” Thomas Beatie, has given birth to his second kid, a healthy baby boy, according to reports.

From an early age, he’d never felt a particular “girl.” As a result, he refused to wear dresses. At the age of 10, Beatie started to self-identify with the male gender. At 23 years old, he began testosterone hormone treatment to transition to living life as a man. At age 24, while still biologically a woman, he embarked on a lesbian relationship with former bodybuilder Nancy Gillespie. From there, Thomas underwent ṩệẍ reαѕѕignment surgery. This allowed him to more resemble a male rather than a female. From there, other changes occurred spent the first two decades of his life as Tracy Lagondino. Growing up, he was a girl scout, Former model, and a Finalist in a Miss Hawaii Teen USA pageant. He appeared regularly on the nationally televised aerobics workout series. Later, he became a competitive bodybuilder.
Thomas and Nancy married in the state of Hawaii. From there, the two moved to Oregon to start a Family. Nancy was infertile and thus wasn’t able to have children. With this in mind, Thomas stopped his hormone injections. He knew he was their only hope in having a child outside of adoption. Many doctors were unwilling to work with the couple when it came to conception. It became a very trying time For Thomas and Nancy. This Forced them to obtain s̾p̾e̾r̾m ̾ from an online donor. From there, the couple literally took a syringe and embedded the fluid into Thomas.
This revelation led to the Family having an interview with Oprah WinFrey. Thomas had a lifelong dream to have children. As such, he didn’t want to touch any of his reproductive organs until exhausting all options in terms of becoming pregnant. Other media outlets joined Oprah in showcasing the story of Thomas as a pregnant man. In the next few years, Thomas gave birth to a son named Austin. He also gave birth to another baby son named Jensen. During this time, Thomas opted not to take the male hormone testosterone. It essentially would’ve made getting pregnant much harder. As such, Thomas cultivated a beautiful Family. Just when everything appeared to be going smoothly, a wrench got thrown into the plans.
Beatie stated in an interview last year that he was amazed at how quickly his pregnancy news went viral around the world.
He told Walters, “I was amazed that it looped around the world in 24 hours.”
Despite all of the attention, both positive and negative, Beatie and his wife have attempted to preserve their tranquil existence in Bend, Oregon.
